Day 1: Arrive Mumbai

Day 2: Mumbai / SasangirThis morning you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Diu or Rajkot (depends on the day of the week you fly on). Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to Sasangir, a drive of approximately 4 hrs from Rajkot and 2 hrs from Diu. Stay at Resort/ Camp. (B,L,D)

Sasangir National Park (usually shortened to Gir) is a large park in the Gujarat Peninsula of North-West India. The area is characterised by an arid rugged terrain with low hills and mixed vegetation with beautiful stands of teak, acacia and dhak trees interspersed with grassy plains. The main aim is to preserve the last healthy population of the critically endangered Asiatic Lion - a smaller more compact version of their African cousins with a distinctive stomach fold. As well as approximately 300 Lion, other smaller members of the cat family are well represented, namely the Jungle Cat, Desert Cat and the Rusty Spotted Cat, and there is a healthy population of Leopard. Also to be found here are Sambar Deer, Nilgai, Chinkara, Sambar, Black Buck, Four-Horned Antelope, Wild Boar, Indian Flying Fox, Grey Musk Shrew, Indian Hare, Pale Hedgehog, Small Indian Mongoose, Small Indian Civet, Indian Pangolin, Indian Porcupine, Ratel, Indian Fox, and Jackal. For reptile lovers, the dam area contains crocodiles and there are numerous non-venomous snakes such as the Indian Rock Python along with four venomous varieties - Indian Cobra, Common Krait, Saw Scaled Viper and Russells Viper.
For birders, an estimated 300 species are found in Gir, with notable species including the Paradise Flycatcher, Black-Headed Cuckoo Shrike, Pied Woodpecker, Bonelli’s Eagle, Crescent Serpent Eagle, Painted Sand Grouse, Bush Quail and Grey Partridge.
The area was not always a park so today the animals and birds of Gir co-exist with the remaining settlements of cattle herders, and it is not unusual to see many head of livestock in the park.
Day 5: Sasan Gir / Pench National Park
Early morning drive to Rajkot to connect flight to Nagpur (via Mumbai). Upon arrival in Nagpur, you will be transferred to Resort/Camp,Pench Natioanl Park (2 hrs drive).
Day 6:Pench
Morning and afternoon game drives in the park. (B,L,D)
Pench National Park is also famous as Mowglis Land where wolf boy was found.
Also the home of Tigers. Leopard, Bear, Wolf, & more than 200 species of birds.
Days 7: Pench / Kanha National Park
Morning leave for kanha national park (5 hrs), check in at The Celebration Van Vilas.

Day 8 & 9: Kanha Natioanal ParkMorning and afternoon game drives in the park. (B,L,D)
Kanha Tiger Reserve offers some of the finest Tiger viewing in India with the 2002 census counting 114 tigers. It is located in a remote part of central India in the state of Madhya Pradesh. The grasslands and deciduous forests also support 22 other mammal species such as Barasingha, Chital, Muntjac, Swamp, Spotted and Barking Deer, Sambar, Common Langur and Rhesus Monkeys, Wild Boar, Asiatic Jackal, three of India’s four lowland antelopes, Nilgai, Four-horned Antelope (Chowsingha) and Blackbuck and occasionally Leopard, Gaur (Indian Bison), Sloth Bear, Wolf and Dhole (Wild Dog). Kanha is noted for the last remaining population of hard-ground Barasingha, which exceeds 350. Over 220 species of birds are found including Racket-Tailed Drongos, bee-eaters, Crested Serpent and Hawk Eagles, shikras, flycatchers, Painted Partridge, Shaheen Falcon, Golden Oriole and the omnipresent Red Jungle Fowl. Waterholes and high plateaux such as Bahmni Dadar are excellent spots for bird watching, and quiet locations to stop and immerse oneself in the natural peace of the jungle. Wildlife viewing is by jeep and elephant back.

Local guides accompany game drives in Kanha is provided upon entrance to the park. Jeeps are free to follow their own route along tracks, using pugmarks and alarm calls as indicators of nearby predators. Every morning, three ranges of Elephants and their mahouts are also tracking such indicators for Tigers. If they are successful, visitors may have the opportunity to view a Tiger from Elephant back.
Day 10: Kanha/ Raipur/ Kolkata
On this morning you will be transferred for Raipur to catch the connecting flight for Kolkata. In Raipur you will transferred to Hotel Celebration for fresh and change.
On Arrival Transferred to Hotel Park.
Day 11: Kolkata
Full Day sightseeing in Kolkata.
Day 12: Kolkatta / Guawathi /Kaziranga
Leave Kolkatta to catch flight for Guawathi, On Arrival you be transferred to Kaziranga (4hrs + Drive).
Day 13 & 14 : Kaziranga
Morning and afternoon game drives in the park. (B,L,D)
Kaziranga National Park is located in North-East India in Assam, on the south bank of the Brahmaputra River.
This UNESCO world-heritage site is famous for being the last stronghold of the armoured one-horned Indian Rhinoceros. Kaziranga is also home to large herds of Elephant (sometimes up to 200) and Wild Buffalo. The park also shelters other threatened species such as Tiger and Sloth Bear and other animals such as Leopard, Swamp Deer, Hog Deer, Barking Deer, Sambar, Pygmy Hog, Jungle Cat, otter, Hog Badger, Chital, gibbons, Capped Langur, Rock Python, Monitor Lizard and Wild Boar. The open country makes wildlife viewing at Kaziranga fairly easy with most major species seen during a day or two’s safari.
Kaziranga is also a paradise for birders with large numbers of resident species boosted considerably by visiting winter migrants. Regularly spotted species include: Oriental Honey Buzzard, Black-Shouldered Kite, Black Kite, Brahminy Kite, Pallas’s Fishing Eagle, White- Tailed Eagle, Grey-Headed Fishing Eagle and Himalayan Griffon. Migratory species include: Greylag Geese, Bar-Headed Geese, Ruddy Shelduck, Gadwall, Falcated Duck, Red-Crested Pochard and Northern Shoveller.
Day 15: Kaziranga / Guawathi / Delhi
This morning you will be transferred to Guwahati airport for your afternoon flight to Delhi. On arrival you will be met and transferred to the Hotel.
Day 16: Delhi
Day to explore Delhi. Check out from the hotel by noon and in the evening transfer to Airport.OPTIONAL: Extension to Jim Corbett National Park
Day 16: Delhi / Corbett
Drive to Jim Corbett National Park (6 hrs).
Day 17 & 18 : Corbett
AM & PM Safaris to Jim Corbett National Park (6 hrs).
Day 19: Corbett / Delhi

Late morning drive back to Delhi Airport for your late evening flight.
